  • Choose carefully before purchasing!  All sales are considered final 

  • If there is a problem with your order, please email info@lisesilva.com for help within 7 days of the delivery date

  • Gift services are available upon request, ie gift wrapping etc, some services associated with a small fee, please inquire before placing the order. 

  • Repair and embellishment services for Sacred Knots wallhangings and jewelry are available. I can fix clasps, replace beads and brass, upgrade elements, revamp tassels, and more. Please fill out the repair or embellishment request form here, repairs and embellishments are priced based on labor and materials.

Shipping: 

  • Printed items ship in 2-5 business days

  • Custom and made-to-order items ship in 7-14 business days 

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order is on the way. 

  • If you need your order expedited or for arrival by a particular deadline, please email me before placing your order.

  • Tracking and insurance is automatically included for items over $25 only, If you would like to add tracking or insurance to orders under $25, please email me prior to purchasing. 

  • Zines/booklets are sent USPS First Class Mail only because it is the most affordable option. For that reason, I can not guarantee arrival because First Class does not include tracking and sometimes these orders get lost in the mail. If you would like guarantee your package's arrival or replacement in the event it is lost, please email me here to request a shipping upgrade, at which time you will be asked to send an additional $6 to bump your order up to USPS Priority. 

  • I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  If your packages are delivered to an unsecured area, please message me to add delivery confirmation to your order to avoid package theft. Delivery confirmation requires you to pick up your item from the post office if you are not home at the time it is delivered.
