All sales are final except in the event there was an error in the order upon arrival or damage occurred during shipment (in which case a refund or exchange may be made). Please contact me within 7 days from the delivery date for eligibility for refund/exchange.
Gift services available... Please contact me at the time of the order to request a special note or wrapping to be included with your order.
Repair and embellishment services are available. Email me at and explain the nature of your repair or request. I can fix tassels, replace beads, upgrade elements, and more. Most repairs are done for the price of shipping and a small fee for labor.
SHIPPING FAQs :
- In stock items ship in 3-5 business days with shipping confirmation & tracking for orders over $50. .
- Custom items and made-to-order pieces generally ship in 1-2 weeks with shipping confirmation & tracking, though production time may take 3-4 weeks if during a high order schedule. Inquire in the Contact form (under the "About" tab) or email email@example.com if you would like to have a shipping estimate before you order.
- Shipping speed can be expedited for a special date. Message via the Contact form (under the "About" tab) before ordering to ensure that it is possible to receive your order by your deadline or to upgrade to express shipping.
I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Every order over $50 is shipped with tracking info and insurance for items over $100 in the event the delivery service (USPS, UPS/FED EX) damages or loses a package. If your item is under $50, let me know if you would like to add insurance or purchase upgraded shipping with tracking. Please contact me as soon as possible for assistance in claiming insurance from delivery service for loss or damages.
If your packages are dropped off in an unsecured area, message me to add delivery confirmation to your order to avoid package theft.
