Orders generally ship :

* within 4-6 business days for in-stock & printed materials
* within 2 weeks for custom & made-to-order items
* digital pdfs are instantly downloadable, in some cases specified you may need to 
wait up to 24 hours for a password sent to your email to open the file 
 
Please immediately download digital orders on a computer, laptop, thumb drive, 
external hard drive or tablet as soon as possible because the download link expires within
30 days from purchase. Note where the file is stored on your device so you can continue to
access it in the future. Download links are provided on the order confirmation immediately
after purchase and in a confirmation email.

Physical orders are shipped orders 1-2 times per week. Paper zines, kits, and rope orders 
may take up to a week to be processed and shipped. Thank you for your patience.
